Our nationally recognized interior design/interior merchandising firm, providing services exclusively to the Multi-Family and Single Family design/build/development industries, has an opportunity for talented design professionals to become part of the award-winning team. Kathy Andrews Interiors is seeking talented, motivated and well-organized candidates for the position of Project Manager in our fast-growing Single Family Division.
PROJECT MANAGER
The Project Manager will work as part of a team creating award-winning interiors for model homes merchandised for a variety of home price points and buyer demographics throughout the U.S. Duties will include, but not be limited to, implementing all aspects of an interior merchandising/design plan, procurement, managing a project budget, documenting furnishings, maintaining project files, interacting with other departments, clients and vendors, maintaining multiple deadlines, and onsite installations. The Project Manager must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Availability for travel within the U.S. is essential for the Project Manager position.

Desired Skills & Experience
The most qualified candidates will possess the following skills and experience:
Bachelor Degree in Interior Design
Interior Design industry experience of at least 3-5 years strongly preferred
Microsoft Office Suite
Microsoft Outlook
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Standard X
AutoCad or DraftSite
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and maintain multiple deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excel at working in a fast-paced team environment
