Kathy Andrews Interiors is seeking talented, motivated and well-organized candidates for the position of Design Assistant in the Single Family Division.

DESIGN ASSISTANT
The Design Assistant will work as part of a team creating award-winning model home interiors at a variety of price points throughout the US. This is a growth position which will eventually lead to a Project Manager role for the exceptional candidate. Duties will include, but not be limited to, assisting Project Managers with all aspects of taking a model home conceptual design and bringing it to life. Such tasks include assisting with sourcing and ordering merchandise, maintaining project files and budgets, interacting with other departments, clients and vendors, maintaining multiple deadlines, occasional onsite installations and the availability for limited travel within the U.S.

Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor Degree in Interior Design required
Interior Design industry experience of 2 years or more preferred
Microsoft Office Suite
Adobe Photoshop
AutoCad
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and maintain multiple deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excel at working in a fast-paced team environment
