Our nationally recognized interior design firm, providing services to the Multifamily and Single Family design/build/development industries, has an opportunity for a talented design professional to become part of the award-winning team. Kathy Andrews Interiors is seeking talented, motivated and well-organized candidates for the position of Design Assistant in the Single Family Division.

DESIGN ASSISTANT
The Design Assistant will work as part of a team creating award-winning model home interiors at a variety of price points throughout the US. This is a growth position which will eventually lead to a Project Manager role for the exceptional candidate. Duties will include, but not be limited to, assisting Project Managers with all aspects of taking a model home conceptual design and bringing it to life. Such tasks include assisting with sourcing and ordering merchandise, maintaining project files and budgets, interacting with other departments, clients and vendors, maintaining multiple deadlines, occasional onsite installations and the availability for limited travel within the U.S.

Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor Degree in Interior Design required
Interior Design industry experience of 2 years or more preferred

Excel at working in a fast-paced team environment

Kathy Andrews Interiors is seeking talented, motivated and well-organized candidates for the position of Project Manager in our fast-growing Single Family Division.

PROJECT MANAGER

The Project Manager will work as part of a team creating award-winning interiors for model homes merchandised for a variety of home price points and buyer demographics throughout the U.S.  Duties will include, but not be limited to, implementing all aspects of an interior merchandising/design plan, procurement, managing a project budget, documenting furnishings, maintaining project files, interacting with other departments, clients and vendors, maintaining multiple deadlines, and onsite installations.  The Project Manager must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  Availability for travel within the U.S. is essential for the Project Manager position.
